In 2019, Sanja officially celebrated 20 years of work in the company. She started her career in 1999 as a salesperson and later as a manager. Not long after, she moved to the official office of the company and became the administrative and business secretary.
It is difficult to describe the entire oeuvre of work that Sanja performs on a daily basis, her responsibility is distributed over numerous areas of the company's operations. It can be said that Sanja is an administrative guru in the morning and a sales force in the afternoon. When we asked her why she was willing to stay with the company for so long all these years, she answered: "I feel great loyalty to Benetton as a brand, but above all I feel loyalty to the people I work with because I practically grew up in this company." During the entire period spent in the company, I gained a feeling of absolute trust in my colleagues."



Ljilja started her career in the company in 2001 as a salesperson in the company's first official store, Benetton. Not long after that, she became a supervisor, and after that in 2008, she received the title of Benetton brand manager in the company. Thanks to his dedicated work and energy, after three years Ljilja became the sales director of the Benetton brand.
Her current job requires a high degree of analytical skills and working with data - based on statistical reports, numbers and other useful information she can get, her job involves drawing specific conclusions and proposing actions. Thanks to Ljilja, the Belgrade market has the best Benetton offer in line with world trends. She describes working in the company in the following words: "The team spirit and good energy between the people in the company is something I highly value and consider a big success factor." I felt that spirit every day for the past 18 years working for the company, and that's the reason why I'm still here." Ljilja's example shows that there is always room for hard-working, ambitious and hard-working people in the company.



Borka is a perfect example of how to become a successful manager in a stable and innovative company. She started her career in 2007 in the children's department of the Benetton store. With her dedicated work, innovative ideas and commitment, she quickly became the head of the children's department. "I have always wanted to develop and achieve my ambitions, and the company recognized this and invested in my training," says Borka. Already during the opening of the first premium store, Borka stood out as a person of trust and ability, she was given the position of shop manager of Weekend Max Mare, and after that of Miamaya Fashion Concept Store. After 12 years spent in the company, her advice is that new colleagues observe their job and career in the long term and invest in their knowledge and skills.



Jasmina, although an engineer, started her career in the company in 2010 as a salesperson in the Benetton store, and today she proudly claims that fashion became her great passion while working in the company. With her cheerful spirit, she always brought a positive atmosphere, and with the knowledge she selflessly shared with her colleagues, she achieved the authority that was necessary for the position of deputy shop manager, which soon followed. She perfected her skills in premium stores like Weekend MaxMare. Today, Jasmina is the deputy shop manager of Miami Fashion Concept Store and believes that "how capable you are is not a question of papers and a diploma, but a natural gift, desire and effort to learn and apply your knowledge."
